Nomad Building Solutions has taken a key step in rebuilding its management ranks with the recruitment of former Bristile and Futuris exective Paul Depiazzi.
Mr Depiazzi has been recruited as Nomad's chief financial officer, and will commence on 20 April.
He has more than 20 years experience, including with listed companies Integrated Tree Cropping, Futuris Corp and Bristile. Since 2006 he has been running his own consulting practice.
His appointment follows several departures: Nomad managing director Phil Guy, Nomad CFO Greg Dower and Nomad Modular Building CEO Phil Hatt have all tendered their resignation over the past half year.
The group is currently led by acting managing director Alan Thomas, whose substantive role is chief executive of Nomad subsidiary Rapley Wilkinson.
Mr Thomas said candidates for the managing director position, including himself, had been interviewed and an announcement was expected in about a week.
