New partners at Minter Ellison

Minter Ellison has appointed three new partners to its Perth office. Clive Luck, previously with Corrs Chambers Westgarth, has joined the construction, engineering and infrastructure team. Mr Luck is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer and has represented clients in Australia, the UK, Hong Kong, India and Indonesia. Mark Gregory (top right), previously special council in the planning and environment team, has been promoted to partner of the division. Mr Gregory has over 13 years’ experience in public law, native title and resources law, having spent four years working with the Aboriginal Legal Service of WA. Ben Cockerill has been promoted from senior associate to partner of the finance team, specialising in banking and finance law. Deborah Templeman has also been appointed chair of partners. Ms Templeman is a partner in the firms insurance and corporate risk division.
