Roy Weston CEO Geoff Baldwin has stood down from the position he has held for five years and has passed on the reigns to the group’s current leading franchisee, Shane Kempton. Starting at Roy Weston in 1986, Mr Baldwin has since been its top salesperson and owned its top performing offices before taking over as CEO in 2001. Mr Baldwin said he would maintain a close association with the group but felt that the time was right to nurture a new leader into the role of CEO and move on to new challenges.
