Let's see. Last week WA's housing market was the second worst performing in the country (sounds about right if you look at REIWA or just drive around your neighbourhood). This week (for the same period)home sales up 9.3%. For the same period new home lending down 27.2%. Some one is telling porkies to prop up the rapidly declining market, or those buyers contributing to 9.3% growth all bought their "new home" with 100% cash. No one with half a brain believes this "talking up the market" rubbish anymore so give us a break with a little bit of truth once in a while. Now I'll step outside for some fresh air just to clear the stench or "Property Sruiker" from my lungs. Have A Nice Day!!
