MODAL has appointed three new consultants to its learning and development consultancy.
John Cottam assumes a role as organisational development consultant.
Mr Cottam has 20 years’ experience in leading and managing continuous improvement, change leadership and business process re-engineering programs.
He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, is a registered chartered engineer and a registered project management professional.
Marshall Couper has also been appointed as an organisational development consultant with MODAL
Mr Couper has worked as a trade negotiator at the World Trade Organisation and is experienced in private banking and in venture capital, consulting to European Technology start-ups.
He is equipped with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting and finance with honours in economics.
Registered Psychologist Sue Jauncey is the third organisational development consultant recently appointed to MODAL.
Previously with Ernst and Young, Ms Jauncey has also worked for Anderson Consulting. She specialises in performance management, developing reward and incentive strategies, and designing executive and employee remuneration.
