Neptune Marine has entered an alliance with Thailand-based Beacon SubSea to expand its presence in the Thai market.
Neptune chief executive Robin King said the alliance would allow the companies to provide engineering and total service solutions in Thailand, with a particular focus on remotely operated ehicles, surveying, stabilisation and NEPSYS welding.
“It is very pleasing that we have signed this alliance with Beacon SubSea,” Mr King said.
“Beacon SubSea is a company with local know-how and on-the-ground experience with clients, and will give us assistance with logistics and local content requirements.
Mr King said the alliance was in line with the company’s strategy of forming partnerships to increase presence in the South East Asian region.
At close of trade today, Neptune stocks were steady at 2.6 cents.
