TWELVE Western Australian projects have been rewarded for helping to tackle violence and crime in local communities in the Australian Crime and Violence Prevention Awards.
The WA projects took awards worth between $2,000 and $10,000 along with several certificates of merit.
The biggest winner was the Department of Housing and Works’ New Living Program which won $10,000.
