Murdoch nabs dean

Associate Professor Christopher N Kendall has taken up a post at Murdoch University School of Law as dean.

Prior to joining Murdoch, Prf Kendall practised corporate commercial law with the Toronto firm of Torys. He is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal for Ontario, Canada and the Supreme Court of WA.

Presently director of the Asia Pacific Intellectual Property Law Institute, Prf Kendall is also national editor of the law journal Intellectual Property Forum.

He is a two-time winner of Murdoch University’s Vice Chancellors’ Award for Excellence.
