Mountford top young professional

LWP Property Group manager, planning and design, Justine Mountford, has been named as the 2007 Urban Development Institute of WA young professional of the year. Ms Mountford joined LWP Property Group in January this year and is responsible for the coordination and management of urban design outcomes across the group’s projects. She said the award, coupled with the challenges of her new role at LWP, would inspire her to act as a role model for young people in the industry. Among her various contributions, Ms Mountford has had a significant involvement in Ellenbrook estate, which is a joint venture between LWP Property Group and the Department of Housing and Works. LWP currently has a portfolio of 12 projects in Western Australia, comprising more than 14,000 lots.
