Mortgage House is opening its first WA branch in Joondalup.
"The entire team at Mortgage House is very excited about the opening of this latest branch," said Mortgage House managing director Ken Sayer.
"We believe it will further strengthen our position within the Western Australian Market," he said.
The new branch will be headed up by Shelley Withers and Robert James.

The branch is in the Joondalup legal and finance precinct, opposite the Joondalup District Court.
Mortgage House was established in 1986 and is a Home Loan Lender in its own right, having also retained its mortgage management & broking capabilities.
The group operates a network of over 50 branches across NSW, Victoria, Tasmania, Queensland, South Australia and now WA.
