The engineering, procurement and construction business has moved its national headquarters to Adelaide Terrace.
Construction company Monford Group has taken out the top floor on an Adelaide Terrace building in a move to expand its national headquarters in Perth.
The national contractor is occupying the entire seventh floor of 239 Adelaide Terrace, and has acquired naming rights to the building, dubbed Monford House.
Monford Group chief executive Peter Moore said the company relocated from nearby Regal Place as part of its plan to grow.
“Monford House will provide better access to public transport and the city amenities for our people, clients, and supply chain partners,” he said.
“With our expanding operations, the new facility will provide the additional space we require to continue our growth in EPC, design-and-construct and construct-only projects throughout Australia.”
The move follows Monford Group’s expansion in the Pilbara, with the company unveiling a new and larger premises in Karratha last month.
Mr Moore said the company’s Karratha facility would enable its resident staff in Karratha to expand and act as its Pilbara base of operations.
Monford Group has worked on major infrastructure projects including Perth Stadium railway station, Merredin solar farm, Cape Lambert and Pluto LNG plant.
It is occupying 1,000 square metres at 239 Adelaide Terrace, following a long period of vacancy for the seventh floor.
