Has entered into an $80 million contract of sale with the WesternAustralia state government developer, LandCorp, for the sale of Lots Two and Three of the former Leighton Beach railway marshalling yards. Once completed Lots Two and Three will be transformed into a $400 million transit-oriented coastal village featuring 170 apartments and terrace houses
