Mineral Securities lists projects on AIM

MINE?AL Securities has announced plans to list its South American silver projects on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange.The Perth-based company said it has entered into a joint venture agreement with AIM-listed Herencia to transfer its interest in the Iquique and Paguanta projects to Herencia for the issue of 150 million Herencia shares to Minsec. On completion of the transaction, Minsec will hold 100 million shares in Herencia, representing 50 per cent of the company’s issued capital.
