Property manager Charter Hall Group has confirmed Medicare Australia will lease 5300 square metres of commercial office space at its ONE30 Stirling Street project, located on the fringe of Perth's CBD area.

Property manager Charter Hall Group has confirmed Medicare Australia will lease 5300 square metres of commercial office space at its ONE30 Stirling Street project, located on the fringe of Perth's CBD area.

Medicare Australia, currently located on St Georges Terrace, will consolidate its state administrative operations at the project over 2 levels.

ONE30 Street comprises four levels of commercial office space over 11,500sqm, with 740sqm of associated retail space, and is being developed by Charter Hall's $1.5 billion Core Plus Office Fund.

The commitment by Medicare Australia along with the commitment from the Police and Nurses Credit Society, brings the pre-leasing of the office component to 80 per cent.
