McGown joins Entek Energy board

Former Carmichael Capital Markets executive chairman Craig McGown and former Woodside executive David Craig have joined the board of West Perth-based based oil and gas play Entek Energy.

Entek said Mr McGown will replace outgoing chairman Russell Brimage while Mt Craig will take the role of non-executive director.

Mr McGown is currently an executive director of New Holland Capital Pty Ltd which is joined around a fortnight ago.

Mr Craig spent five years at Woodside Petroleum Ltd in an executive position in the field of public and government affairs.

Last month Mr McGown was appointed as non-executive chairman of West Perth-based resource company Pioneer Nickel Ltd.
