In 1998, the project was named the best country development by the UDIA.
Developed by Land-Corp, with support from the South West Development Commission and the City of Bunbury, Marlston Hill has transformed thirty hectares of derelict industrial land into a cosmopolitan port
village linking Bunbury’s CBD back to the waterfront.
The UDIA judges said the Marlston Hill redevelopment had had a positive impact on the Bunbury CBD, acting as a catalyst for change.
