Marketforce teams with Rosendorffs
Marketforce has won the Rosendorffs account from incumbent EVO Innovation.
According to EVO Innovation director Vaughan Sutherland the agency parted company with Rosendorffs because the jeweller wanted to move in a new and different direction that he did not believe EVO could accommodate.
According to Marketforce client services director Carrick Robinson, the agency has already started working on brand development.
“They’ve got a strategic brand direction that they want to go in and that is different to where they have been,” Mr Robinson said.
“One of the attractions for them was that we have a fully integrated offering. We have the strategy areas and 2D and 3D areas with experience in jewellery.”
The Rosendorffs work comes on the heels of a $450,000 tender win by Marketforce for the Government Employee Superannuation Board advertising account. Nine agencies tendered for the account, which was awarded last month.
“That’s a significant win for us,” Mr Robinson said.
But the news hasn’t all been good for Marketforce, which has lost the BGC-owned Statesman Homes account to Bowtell Clarke and Yole.
The homebuilder put its account up for review earlier this year and received submissions from Marketforce, BCY and MJB&B.
Marketforce has held the Statesman Homes account for the past two and half years.
