Management changes at Perron Group

Unlisted Perth company Perron Group has announced a series of management changes which will see chief executive officer Ian Armstrong appointed deputy chair.

Armstrong will also take on the position of executive director - property.

In a statement, Mr Armstrong said that long serving chief financial officer, Ross Robertson, will become the joint chief executive officer as well as continuing as CFO.

The company's group accountant, Richard Hicks, will move from his position as group accountant to become financial controller.
