MCS Services will provide security services to Raine Square until 2023 as part of a $5 million contract renewal at the Charter Hall-owned property.

MCS, which listed on the ASX in 2015, provides a suite of security services throughout Perth and in February won a $3 million contract to provide security at Hillarys Boat Harbour.

Chief executive Paul Simmons said the win was testament to the company’s ability to compete for a nationally tendered contract.

“Our team at Raine Square is testament to the professionalism of our staff and they are a pleasure to work with,” he said.

MCS earned $26 million in total revenue, according to Data & Insights, earning profit of $316,000.
