MBA course

CURTIN University’s Graduate School of Business and CPA Australia have jointly developed a new MBA course in response to growing demand for highly qualified finance, accounting and business professionals.

The Curtin CPA MBA was devised after CPA Australia research indicated more than half of its members were interested in gaining further management qualifications. “CPAs today are expected to be experts in finance, accounting and business and contribute at much higher strategic and advisory levels,” CPA Australia president Des Pearson said.

Graduate School of Business director Professor Margaret Novak said the Curtin CPA MBA had two unique modules in Business Application and Critical and Creative Thinking and expected the course to attract a high calibre of student.
