Lycopodium says it expects to settle the sale of its Belmont properties this month as it pockets over $2 million.
In a brief update, the engineering company said it will include a $2.1 million of abnormal project from the sale towards its forecast $14.7 million full year net profit.
Revenue is expected at $139 million.
Shares in the company were up 1.5 cents to 14c at 12:31 AEDT.
