Broadcaster James Lush has relaunched his business with a new studio, a new brand and a new CEO in the form of Paul Plowman, a former state government communications director and recent Australian CEO of Hill & Knowlton.
The group has shifted to newly fitted-out premises in Lord Street, East Perth, as a major move to offer enhanced video broadcasting services as well as offering a hub for start-ups in associated disciplines.
The business has rebranded to Lush Digital Media, emphasising a wider focus and away from its origins as Lush TV, founded by Mr Lush and his wife, Alex, both journalists with lengthy broadcast experience. Mr Lush is best known for his work as an ABC radio presenter on Saturday mornings.
The group has partnered with Business News this year to produce a weekly audio podcast on major Western Australian business news.
Another newcomer to the business is content and social media strategist Sarah Mitchell, who has joined as an associate director.
