Lunch with Soloman

RENOWNED chef and cook book author Charmaine Soloman is the Hyatt Regency Hotel’s special lunch time guest for July.

On 28 July, executive chef James Archer will join Ms Solomon to prepare her favourite dishes from her latest offering Charmaine Soloman’s Family Recipes.

Wines from Elements Wines will be selected to complement the flavours of each dish.
