Long-term partnerships key

FINDING long-term partners in Europe is essential to success there, says Murdoch International director Kerry Hutchinson.

Ms Hutchinson said it was expensive to travel to Europe and even more expensive to stay for any length of time.

She said partners not only reduced the cost of doing business there but also proved a company was serious.

“Over there you have to

show them you are not carpet-baggers in for a quick fix,” Ms Hutchinson said.

“Relationship marketing is integral to that.”

Murdoch University is targeting the Baltic and Nordic states as markets for students.
