Two graduates from the University of WA have won Fulbright Postgraduate Awards, in recognition of their research efforts.
The awards to Sarah Knuckey and Martin Soh will assist them pursue studies in the United States.
Ms Knuckey, who is currently teaching at the Australian National University in Canberra, will undertake a Masters of Law Studies at Harvard Law School, focusing on jurisprudence, international and human rights law.
Mr Soh will undertake research at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Minnesota, investigating integrating optical and mechanical coatings into next-generation sensors and filters using micro-systems-technology. Mr Soh is currently a doctoral student at UWA’s School of Electrical, Electronic and Computing Engineering.
