Little World Beverages FY10 profit up

Little World Beverages has recorded a 51 per cent increase in net profit, to $6.8 million for the 2010 financial year.

The boutique brewer increased its revenue to $56.4 million and declared a final fully franked dividend of 5 cents.

In a statement Little World Beverages said, "The upgraded Fremantle brewery has been highly focused on improvements to operations effectiveness and quality with a dedicated team continuing to achieve new bench marks."

The company said there had been a positive response to the launch of a fermented dark ale and a Belgian inspired white ale earlier this year.
