Legislation

The Legislative Assembly will sit on March 30, 31 and April 1. Its program will be drawn from the following business.

1 Children and Community Development Bill 2003 – all remaining stages;

2 Justices of the Peace Bill 2003; Oaths, Affidavits and Statutory Declarations Bill 2003; Oaths, Affidavits and Statutory Declarations (Consequential Provisions) Bill 2003 and Courts Legislation Amendment and Repeal Bill 2003 – as many bills as time permits;

3 Construction Contracts Bill 2004 – as many stages as time permits; and

4 Finance Brokers Control Amendment Bill 2003 – as many stages as time permits.
