Shares in Kalgoorlie-focused explorer Lawson Gold have commenced trading on the Australian Securities Exchange after it successfully completed a $4.7 million initial public offering (IPO).
Shares in Kalgoorlie-focused explorer Lawson Gold have commenced trading on the Australian Securities Exchange after it successfully completed a $4.7 million initial public offering (IPO).
The shares closed at their issue price of 20 cents.
The company has already started drilling it tenement north of Kanowna Belle in the Goldfields.
In a statement, Lawson Gold said previous exploration of the area was predominantly focused on nickel, rather than gold.
It expects to report on the results of drilling in the coming weeks.
