Law Central teams up with PantherCorp

Law Central, a subsidiary of ASX-listed ILH Group, has formed a joint venture with PantherCorp for the provision of online legal services.

The joint venture is set to enhance the reach of the two companies by offering cross-referral opportunities to their different client bases.

Law Central provides standard legal documents on the internet for use predominately by accountants and financial planners, as well as offering legal information service and training and education products. 

PantherCorp, also a Perth-based company, specialises in new company registrations, new business names and change of company names, formation of trusts and self-managed super funds, as well as corporate registry and search services.

The joint venture will commence in July and operate through a separate website offering a combined suite of online products.

ILH’s share price last traded at 4.3 cents at 9:43am WST.
