Land option

A DEVELOPMENT opportunity has surfaced in Mandurah, with a 52,800sqm site up for tender through Knight Frank.

Given Mandurah’s relaxed lifestyle and rising population, the development site, which is also close to local amenities, presents purchasers with several options.

Knight Frank selling agent Tony Delich said the site already had approval from the City of Mandurah for an aged persons’ development that included 188-units, hotel/motel and cafe.

Tenders for the site close on November 29.
