Why does Ms. Gillard promise all these funds, to start in 2012 instead of after the election or at least at the start of the 2011 financials year? Parrents do not want to wait that long for these hand outs, as by the time the hand out arrives, there childeren have left school. Has anybody noticed that all the Labor promises do not kick in untill 2012? This includes the MRRT for the mining companies.
