John Van Der Wielen-chaired Kyckr announced to the ASX today that it has signed a deal with global information services giant Bloomberg to provide global business registry data for the data service’s customers.
Kyckr, which went into a trading halt yesterday, said securing a global blue-chip client such as Bloomberg provided validation for the Australia-based company, which utilises technology developed in Ireland.
The company provides Know Your Customer technology, which is increasingly required by banks and others in the financial services business for compliance with regulations aimed at stemming money laundering, fraud and tax evasion.
It has access to company registry information from around the globe as its primary tool, aided by technology innovations.
