Perth-based Kinetic IT, which has 1,200 staff across Australia, has partnered with talent-sourcing technology provider Gooroo Ventures to improve its recruitment process and team performance.
Perth-based Kinetic IT, which has 1,200 staff across Australia, has partnered with talent-sourcing technology provider Gooroo Ventures to improve its recruitment process and team performance.
It has entered into a contract with ASX-listed Gooroo to outsource a technology that will assist Kinetic with automated talent identification, screening and selection, and performance development.
Kinetic IT is one of Australia’s leading information and communication technology services providers, with offices located in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Darwin.
About 700 of its employees are based in Western Australia.
The company sources over 300 people each year and processes tens of thousands of job applications.
Kinetic IT chief executive Michael North said Kinetic’s business was about bringing together people to serve its customers.
“Talent is paramount to Kinetic IT and we believe Greg and the team at Gooroo share that vision,” Mr North said.
“As a growing organisation with an increasing national footprint, we expect Gooroo’s technology will assist Kinetic IT in expanding our horizons and enhancing the employee and customer experience.”
Kinetic will be adopting Gooroo’s complete range of services, including: Gooroo Mindspace, to assess existing teams and build benchmarks; Gooroo Jobs, to assist in screening and selection using predictive science to identify high performing candidates; and Gooroo Communities, to build a database of talent to more efficiently identify well-matched candidates for future roles.
Kinetic provides ICT services solutions, such as processes integration, IT security, and training to large corporate and government organisations across Australia.
Mr North said the quicker Kinetic deploys quality teams the happier clients will be.
“The automation technology Gooroo provides will enable greater insight to assist us to work more efficiently and with greater precision,” he said.
“Adopting these innovative products from Gooroo for our talent assessment and selection reflects our own focus on the transformation of our service offerings – embracing new services, technologies and ways of working to better enable our customers.”
