Kiernan to leave ConsMin

CONSOLIDATED Minerals managing director Michael Kiernan will leave the company in June next year after nine years leading the diversified miner, following a dispute with institutional investors over a remuneration package worth more than $21 million. Mr Kiernan had originally planned to depart at this time for personal reasons, but cited a conflict with institutional investors over "certain aspects of the terms" of a longer employment proposal due for approval at the company’s upcoming AGM.
