Companies linked to Western Australian corporate raider Farooq Khan have lodged a defence in the Federal Court case tied to his battle to seize control of Rivkin Financial Services.
In July RFS commenced Federal Court proceedings over the way Sofcom Limited, Fast Scout Limited and Altera Capital Limited acquired RFS shares. The defence makes counter-claims about the acquisition of RFS shares by three other companies.
