The Ballantyne Road property sold to local investors.
Local investor Ian Briant has bought an industrial warehouse in Kewdale from local investors for $5.1 million.
Mr Briant, of Thorniant Pty Ltd, bought the 2,775 square metre building on a 4,163 square metre site at 7 Ballantyne Road from Robert and Megan Clark, of Ballantyne Holdings.
The facility, leased to chemical manufacturer Mapei Australia and Bearcat Tyres, sold after five weeks on the market.
“We have successfully sold a number of assets in the immediate area over the last 18 months and are continuing to see strong demand from owner occupiers and investors in this tightly held sector, reinforcing the ongoing interest in the eastern corridor Perth’s prime industrial sector,” he said.
The site produces a net income of $249,000 per annum.
