Kendes to manage Rendezvous’ hospitality

JOHN Kendes has been appointed executive assistant manager – food and beverage at Rendezvous Observation City Hotel.

He will be focusing on the hotel’s food and beverage operations that comprise three restaurants, five bars and banquet service for 14 function rooms.

Prior to joining the hotel Mr Kendes was consulting on various food and beverage ventures in Sydney, Melbourne and Fiji.

He was also involved with coordinating food and beverage programs for Coca Cola during the Olympic Games in Sydney.
