Joyce Corp $9m property sale terminated

Bedding franchiser Joyce Corporation says it will pursue other avenues of interest after a $9 million deal for the sale of a Queensland property fell through.

In a statement, the company said the prospective purchaser of the 3.4 hectare property has terminated the call option agreement that was first entered into in November last year.

"The Directors are now pursuing other avenues of interest regarding the Group's industrial properties," Joyce said.

Shares in Joyce were untraded at 50 cents at 13:35 AET.
