work-ing conditions of the 1980s when work
was done for the Goodwin and Rankin sites in the North-West.
In July, at government cost – no doubt after the inevitable official sod-turning ceremony – 54 hectares will be cleared and bulldozed for roads, allowing for the start of more than two years of construction by the private sector.
