The company today said it has already received support for the equity raising, which will see the issue of up to 46 million shares at a price of 25 cents each.
Shares in Jabiru were up two cents to 31.5c at 15:30 AEST. '
The raising was managed by Hartleys while Patersons Securities and Argonaut participated.
The Bentley project is located near the company's existing Jaguar mining operations located north of Kalgoorlie.
