JV Global reveals Indian factory venture

Steel door frame manufacturer JV Global has announced progress in negotiations with Indian company Shapoorji Palllonji & Co over a joint venture to establish a factory in India to manufacture steel building products.
JV Global said Shapoorji advised it that it has agreed in-principle to the joint venture.
The preliminary agreement comes after JV Global said in September that negotiations were in progress with Shapoorji, which is considered one of the largest and oldest companies in the country, being established in 1865.
In August a representative from Shapoorji spent three days visiting the JV Global manufacturing facility in Bayswater.
