WEST Perth-based mineral sands explorer, Industrial Minerals Corporation Ltd, has announced plans to raise $14 million though a share placement to fund the construction of a 700,000 tonnes per annum processing plant for its Oregon project. The company, formerly known as Rubirosa Ltd, will place a total of 35 million shares at 40 cents each with investors in two instalments. Capital Investment Partners Pty Ltd will act as corporate and financial adviser in collaboration with Bligh Capital Pty Ltd. Industrial Minerals has also appointed chartered accountant Steven Blacklock as its chief financial officer. Inglewood grant MALAGA-BASED woodworking company, Inglewood Products Group, has been provided with a $995,000 grant by the state government, subject to completion of its manufacturing facility move to Oldbury, between Rockingham and Mundijong. Carnavale buys GOLD and copper explorer Carnavale Resources Ltd, of Balcatta, will acquire a molybdenum project in Brazil for $4.9 million and the issue of one million shares to Metal Land Capital Brasil Mineracao Ltd.
