THE Subiaco Redevelopment Authority is selling Subi Centro’s last commercial lot on Roberts Road by public tender, closing March 20. SRA chief executive Tony Morgan said Lot 14698, on the corner of Roberts Road and Agnew Way, was a 1,870 square metre lot fronting the Roberts Road commercial strip and was suitable for mixed-use development up to three storeys. “The last five years has seen the transformation of Roberts Road into a highly sought-after retail, commercial, and business address,” he said. “Developers can take advantage of the current strong demand for office space within the CBD and urban fringe markets.” Over half a billion dollars has been invested by the private sector transforming this former industrial land into a well serviced and attractive urban environment.
