IBT to establish Vancouver college

IBT Education Limited has announced that Simon Fraser University has approved the establishment of Fraser International College, a decision that was reportedly delayed because of IBT's perceived link to the AWB scandal.
Some concerns were expressed within the university about IBT's connection to the AWB Ltd scandal through its chairman Trevor Flugge who was a former director of AWB and a key figure in the current Cole inquiry.
