AFTER a period of restructure the International Business Council is looking to appoint a new committee.
All committee positions have become vacant and, for the first time, executive nominations are dominated by women.
The newly-created role of president will be contested by retiring chairman Pat Gaffney of the Australia Irish Chamber of Commerce and Margaret Hall of the Australia British Business Association at the council’s annual general meeting on November 28.
American Chambers CEO Penelope Williamson will assume the role of vice president.
