How to inspire, motivate and lead sales professionals

Based on the leadership and motivational principles developed by Dale Carnegie, the two-day program promises to show you how to pump up your team and articulate the difference between a workplace manager and a leader. The event includes training on how to deliver a talk, build trust within a team, coach top performers and run effective meetings. It will take place on August 21 and 28 from 9am-4pm both days at the Dale Carnegie Centre, 2 Mackie Street, Victoria Park. Tickets are $795 per person and $748 per person for groups of five or more.
