A property development syndicate managed by Primewest has put bulky goods centre Hometown Mandurah on the market.
The Hometown centre, which is anchor tenanated by Officeworks, Rick Hart and Capt'n Snooze has a total lettable area of 5,843 square metres.
Primewest chief executive Julian Lodge said the property had been a "very successful" investment, but the syndicate had reached its termination date.
CB Richard Ellis investment properties manager Michael Milne has been appointed as exclusive selling agent for the property.
"The property's prime location on a strip which has arguably Mandurah's highest vehicular traffic flow will be one of the drawcards for prospective purchasers," Mr Milne said.
"The property also benefits from blue chip leases to major national tenants, with the strength and length of the lease terms expected to underpin interest in the sale campaign."
While the current net income is circa $1,080,000, Mr Milne said there was potential for growth moving forward.
Offers to purchase close May 13.
