Hawaiian management changes

Hawaiian Management Group has recently made changes to its management team. Peter Gibbons has joined the Hawaiian senior management team as general manager strategic advisory and investments. Mr Gibbons has experience with practical property and capital markets, having worked as a general manager of Macquarie Property in China and Deutsche Bank/Bankers Trust in Australia. His credentials also include lecturing for the Curtin MBA program. David Pires will join the Hawaiian team as business manager for the Hawaiian-Multiplex joint venture assets of Carillon City and Claremont Arcade. He is leaving his post in China with Savilles to take on the role. Mr Pires has worked on the Karrinyup Shopping Centre and Whitfords City redevelopment projects. He begins with Hawaiian in mid April 2005. Ian Bridge has joined Hawaiian as project manager. Mr Bridge is responsible for small to medium-sized capital works projects and creating new presentation standards for Hawaiian properties. He has over 26 years’ experience in commercial interior design and a number of years’ experience in project management, having worked Australia wide, as well as in Asia and America.
