LISTED Perth-based company HavestRoad Limited has announced an agreement with Etechgroup.
Under the non-exclusive teaming agreement, the companies will join forces to develop opportunities in the e-learning space.
Melbourne-based Etechgroup specialises in the development of Learning Delivery System (LDS) for schools, universities and the corporate sector.
Etechgroup flagship products, StudyWiz and FourPoint Learning, have been implemented in schools in Australia, the Asia-Pacific region, the UK and Europe.
HarvestRoad’s Hive product was developed to comply with key e-learning standards and works independently of systems that create and deliver content, such as authoring tools or learning management systems.
HarvestRoad executive chairman Grame Barty said Etechgroup was particularly attractive to European higher education and school “clusters”.
“[Etechgroup] has an established base, including Universite Lumiere Lyon2 in France, where we hope to establish a joint pilot shortly and the Schools Consortia in the UK, where we are exploring opportunities,” he said.
