German minerals processing giant Haver & Tyler has opened a Western Australian outpost, its first branch to be established in Australia.
Haver Australia technical manager Dominik Vennewald said the subsidiary was set up to better service the company’s existing Australian customer base, as well as secure new clients.
“The facility we have established in WA gives our customers direct local access to technology that will create better efficiencies in their operations, a wide range of readily available spare parts, as well as access to our technical experts,” Mr Vennewald said in a statement.
“When it comes to processing, we have a range of innovative mineral processing machines for screening, washing and pelletising, which are customised to meet the clients’ needs. “
The German-headquartered firm has more than 125 years of experience in minerals processing, and counts Brazilian mining giant Vale as one of its major clients.
